Download and Install

Welcome to OceaniaRO. This page covers the basic setup process so you can get in-game with the least friction.

Before You Begin

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

• Use the latest client and patch files provided by OceaniaRO.
  -
• If you have older Ragnarok files on your PC, keep this install in its own separate folder.

Download Steps

1. Open the official download page from the main OceaniaRO website.

2. Download the full client or the recommended package listed there.
   3.
3. Save the files somewhere easy to find, such as your desktop or downloads folder.

Installation Steps

1. Extract the downloaded archive using 7-Zip or a similar tool.

2. Place the game files into a clean folder.
   3.
3. Run the patcher or launcher included with the client.
   4.
4. Allow the patcher to finish before starting the game.

Recommended Setup Notes

• Do not install the client inside protected system folders such as Program Files unless you know how to handle Windows permission issues.

• Keep the game in a simple folder path if possible.

• Let the patcher complete fully before trying to log in.

If Something Goes Wrong

• If the patcher fails, close it and try again.

• If the client does not launch, check that your antivirus has not quarantined any files.

• If you are unsure whether your files are current, re-run the patcher first.

• If problems continue, use the support path in Discord and include a screenshot of the error.
